This 3-minute workout features the best 6 exercises for the abs, and no surprise that they are classic mat Pilates exercises!
The trick is doing them one-after-the-other without pause! Just 3 minutes and SO effective! I guarantee you’ll feel your abs (in a good way!) the next day, and don’t be put off if that feeling the next day is pain – that’s the natural process of muscle getting stronger, and that’s a sure sign that whatever you’re doing for exercise is actually working!
