Sean Vigue selected these 5 Pilates mat exercises for stamina and endurance. I’m impressed with his selection. They definitely work.  Good brief video instruction – clear and simple the way all of Pilates’ exercises were originally intended.

Sean’s an excellent example of strength and flexibility and here he provides a bonus: his form and practice are so well done he has naturally added a cardio aspect which Pilates enthusiasts can only get when the exercises are well known and done one-after-another without pause.
