An Excellent Intro to Pilates in Less Than a Half Hour
Cassey teaches a Pilates workout for beginners. She shows you how to work your whole body including the abs, legs, arms and most importantly, the ‘core.’ For those new to the ‘core’ it’s the many muscle groups in the center of your body including 3 muscle groups rarely strengthened by any other method, the inner abs, inner obliques and psoas.
She also talks about breathing, posture and the all-important form of each. This is an excellent Pilates lesson for beginners.
